Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Delivery Policy (Digital Products & Services)

Since our products and services are digital, no physical shipping is required.

  • Digital Courses: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with access instructions or login credentials immediately (or within 24 hours). Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Consultancy Services: For sessions booked (e.g., Google Ads or Meta Shop setup), delivery occurs at the time of the scheduled Zoom/WhatsApp meeting.

  • Technical Setup: For GTM/GA4 tracking or account setups, “delivery” is considered complete once the implementation is live and the client has been notified.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (non-tangible irrevocable goods), we generally do not issue refunds once an order is confirmed and the product is sent or service is initiated.

A. Digital Courses & Ebooks

  • All Sales Are Final: Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for video courses or ebooks.

  • Exception: If you make a duplicate purchase for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours for a refund of the duplicate charge.

B. Consultancy & Setup Services

  • Completed Services: Once a consultancy session has been held or a technical setup (GTM, Pixel, etc.) has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a consultancy session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Unresolved Technical Issues: If we are unable to complete a technical setup due to a fault on our end, a full refund will be provided.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital products or are unsatisfied with a service, please reach out so we can resolve it:

4. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. We maintain records of digital delivery (email timestamps and access logs) and will provide this evidence to financial institutions in the event of a disputed transaction or chargeback.
