  • License: When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal or internal business use.

  • Prohibitions: You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, or “leak” any course materials. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Consultancy & Professional Services

  • Scope: Consultancy is provided on an hourly or project basis as defined at the time of booking.

  • Access: For technical setups (GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads), you may be required to provide temporary “Standard” or “Admin” access to your accounts. We agree to use this access solely for the agreed-upon tasks.

  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate information and assets (images, copy, etc.) required for ad management or shop setups.

4. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality strategies and setups, we do not guarantee specific financial results, traffic increases, or sales. * Marketing performance depends on numerous variables (market trends, product quality, budget).

  • Any testimonials or “success stories” shown on the Site are examples of past results and do not guarantee future performance for your specific business.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
